Individual must be 18 years of age or older
with a primary substance abuse/ dependence diagnosis.

Must be willing to commit to and participate
in a structured treatment program of a minimum stay of 90 days.

Individual must agree that he or she
has a substance abuse problem that has caused life problems.

The individual must posess sufficient cognitive ability to participate
in the program, be ambulatory, and free of and life-threatening medical condition
that would otherwise be treated on an outpatient basis with a primary care physician
(as determined by the Chief Medical Consultant of New Beginnings)

The individual must not exhibit symptoms requiring comprehensive medical detoxification.
If such services are required, the individual will be referred
to an appropriate medical facility for detox.
