New Beginnings Southwest Virginia, Inc. is a long term substance abuse treatment center. Located in rural Lee County, we provide inpatient treatment to male and female residents. As of February 2009 we expanded our service area from the twenty counties to nationally. This allows individuals from farther states to leave their current surroundings and receive treatment in a peaceful and supportive atmosphere.
